Interior of the home boasts a chef’s kitchen, a wet bar, a great room which has custom stacked stone with stylish high-end furnishings. All bedrooms have California King beds with ceiling fans in every room. Main home has two en suite bedrooms plus there is an office with a fold out bed for a fourth bedroom if necessary.

If you prefer the healing desert air, you can sit in the private court yard with a Zen like water feature or dine al fresco under the covered patio and enjoy the serene views or be entertained by golfers as the pass by. There is also an outdoor fire pit, a lighted bocce ball point and an outdoor barbecue/bar where you will find yourself entertaining more than you anticipated.

With a private pool and spa with water features and new pool loungers, you can relax poolside until your heart’s content. Don’t forget the sunscreen!

There is also a golf cart you can rent (for an additional fee) to cruise the property. Trust me it’s wonderful to hop in the golf cart at the end of the day and take in the beautiful sunsets from all angles. We also have bicycles free of charge that you may use whenever you may like. 

PETS ALLOWED upon approval. Includes internet/cable, water and trash. Tenants MAY put utilities (gas and electric) in their name for term.
