Sitting on 80 acres of serene countryside, Cowgill Ranch is a luxurious retreat, offering the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, relaxation and fun. The cabin itself exudes rustic elegance, with spacious living areas, cozy furnishings and large vaulted windows. There are 5 bedrooms on 3 levels and the cabin can comfortably sleep 8 to 10 adults. (That is our maximum occupancy unless it is cleared through the rental agency).

There is one bathroom on each level. Two bathrooms are shower/tub combos and the master bath is something else. There is a 6’ copper soaking tub, an enclosed shower, dual vanities and a separate toilet area. On the top level, there are two twin beds and one bathroom. On the main floor is the master suite, kitchen, dining and family area. On the bottom or basement floor are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed the other with bunk beds that can sleep 4-6. There is one bathroom and a new, huge family room with couches, an 85” TV, game tables and 4 real Vegas slot machines!

You want to go outside? We’ll by didn’t you say so?! We offer a world class “lighted” Pickleball court, a 150 yard par 3 golf hole with a huge 40×50 foot green. There is a fire pit with built-in swings enough to seat 10 people comfortably or as many as you can squeeze around the fire. There is a fully functioning 20‘ x 8‘ outdoor bar and patio 75 yards from the house called the “Sasquatch Saloon”. Bar is not open for renters without permission. The bar patio is available to all for fun and games. Speaking of games, you will find yourself gravitating to the bar every night for axe throwing, ring toss, washers, darts, and cornhole. And I haven’t even mentioned the music stage yet. There is a covered deck/music stage for dancing, karaoke, or if someone just wants to sit up and play music for the bar…yee haw!

Other things to note

We are on a cistern and have been going through a drought for years. Please be judicious with your water usage. DO NOT WASTE WATER! Take short showers, turn off water when not using it and minimize toilet flushes. Extra water fill subject to an additional charge of $200 each.
